This is an ideal opportunity to progress on to a level 7 Train the Trainer qualification. It involves quite a bit of work including attending another day's training, writing statements, delivering a further session you have designed at work and evaluated this in detail, then suggesting improvements.

You must pass the Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to Groups, or the old SQA award Planning and Delivering Learning Sessions to groups before you attend this qualification.

You need to have your lesson plan for your 30 minute session from this qualification.

You will then 

• Attend a 1 workshop day
• Prepare a lesson which you will deliver on site in your workplace.
• Write various statements
